By completing a purchase on this website, you agree to the following return and refund terms.

Vehicle Accessories & Parts – Final Sale

All vehicle accessories, parts, and off-road equipment are final sale and non-returnable.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Bumpers
  • Winches
  • Lighting
  • Suspension components
  • Wheels & tires
  • Mounted kits
  • Special-order or made-to-order items
  • Any installed or attempted-to-install items

Because these products are vehicle-specific and may be special ordered or installed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on these items.

Apparel & Merchandise

Apparel items (shirts, hoodies, hats, etc.) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • They are unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • They are in original condition with tags attached

Eligible apparel returns qualify for:

  • Size exchange, or
  • Store credit only

No cash, credit card, or original-payment refunds are issued for apparel.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review and determine whether a replacement or store credit is appropriate.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping (when approved) is the responsibility of the customer.
